The current problem facing Kerry’s Place with respect to the recruitment and screening process was that the time to hire took too long, was inconsistent and involved too many steps.
Collecting data enabled the Steering Committee to understand what would indicate an improved state and began the conversation about the opportunities that would allow the reduction of the overall process. The goal was to speed up recruitment.
