Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you! 

Can you develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget?  Are you ready to contribute effective project planning, risk management, and communication throughout the project lifecycle? 

The role: 

  • Ensure comprehensive and integrated support for project planning, design stages, procurement, construction management, and final commissioning stages. 
  • Develop, control, and update multi-project schedules. 
  • Have a good understanding of the scope of projects and resulting tasks/activities. 
  • Control various schedules by conducting critical path analysis, earned value, planned value, variance from the schedule, performance indices, and risk analysis, and recommend corrective actions as needed. 
  • Update project schedules to reflect progress against established timelines and produce reports for project managers. 
  • Accomplish any other related tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:  

  • Experience in project controls in the mining industry (3-5 Years) 
  • Ensure comprehensive and integrated support for project planning, design stages, procurement, construction management, and final commissioning stages. 
  • Have a good understanding of the scope of projects and resulting tasks/activities. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a combination of work and education.
